Answer questions from Faculty, Staff, Students, Job Applicants, and External Vendors
Respond to inquiries through their communication channel of choice: ServiceNow, Phone, or Chat
Ensure escalated requests are fulfilled by the appropriate team
Provide consistent, reliable, and friendly service at any touchpoint
